To manufacture our Bio-Degradable Eco-Bags, over the next five years we will need to create a large and qualified workforce. A patent on the process for creating our eco-bags will be acquired to prevent the technology from being stolen by other companies in the market place. Rather than sell our manufacturing process and technology to an existing company, we plan to create a new company backed by investors to stimulate the marketplace and increase new job creation. Then, to begin production, we will start building our workforce by hiring a team of highly knowledgeable chemical engineers and microwave technology experts to help improve upon and make our idea more efficient. Once the final process for manufacturing our invention has been decided on, it will be necessary to find companies that produce the Bio-Waste that will be used to manufacture the Eco-Bags, for example Sucocítrico Cutrale, one of the world’s largest citrus juice companies, and secure a partnership with that company. It will be nessicary to create a large production facility where many types of skilled workers and semi-skilled workers will begin the production process. We anticipate that our facility would be a major job creator, as many people of all different skills, both specialized and non-specialized, could be utilized in transforming the Bio-Waste to Eco-bags at an efficient pace. Once production has begun, we would put together a marketing team to market and advertise our product for mass consumption. To achieve this we would meet with companies that widely use plastic bags, such as Publix and Whole Foods, and attempt to become the supplier of plastic bags for those and companies with a similar demand for plastic bags. Before placing our product on the market however, it will be required to gather focus groups to test and review our product, and make any final changes before introducing Eco-Bags for mass consumption. We believe that the impact of the production of ECO-bags on the market will be a positive one, as the launch of our product will both create jobs and open up the marketplace to the development of more eco-friendly technologies. In addition by mass-marketing our product, we hope to elucidate the public on the importance of eco friendly products, and how they are a superior choice to non-biodegradable products.
